About Mind Fusion Therapy

Mind Fusion Therapy™ is a specialist provider of therapeutic programmes for Children and young adults, designed to create meaningful, lasting change.

We combine clinical expertise with real-world understanding to support emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and decision-making—helping young people build confidence, resilience, and healthier futures.

Meet the Founder

I am Stacey Reckord, Founder of Mind Fusion Therapy™ and a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) and Systemic Family Practitioner, with extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families.

I have worked across NHS mental health services, schools, and community settings, supporting young people with a range of emotional, behavioural, and safeguarding-related challenges. Through this experience, I recognised that many young people struggle to engage with traditional services—often needing a more practical, relatable, and structured approach.

Why I Created Mind Fusion Therapy™

Mind Fusion Therapy™ was created from a clear need for support that goes beyond one-size-fits-all interventions.

My approach combines clinical expertise with real-world understanding to create programmes that are engaging, structured, and focused on meaningful outcomes. I believe young people need more than just a space to talk—they need the tools, guidance, and confidence to make positive changes in their everyday lives.

My Approach

I use an integrative “fused” model, combining:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Systemic Family Practice
  • Therapeutic mentoring and behaviour strategies
  • Counselling skills
  • Lived experience and cultural awareness

This allows me to tailor support to each young person, focusing on the root causes of difficulties, not just the behaviours we see.

  • Reduced behavioural incidents

  • Stronger decision-making and resilience

Not just support—structured change that lasts

In Simple Terms

We help young people understand themselves, manage their emotions, and make better choices—creating change that lasts beyond the programme.

For Parents & Carers

We understand that choosing support for your child is an important decision. At Mind Fusion Therapy™, we provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where young people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Sessions are confidential, with information only shared where necessary to ensure safety and in line with safeguarding responsibilities.

We measure success through meaningful changes in emotional wellbeing, behaviour, confidence, and engagement with education. Progress is reviewed throughout the programme, with a clear summary of outcomes provided where appropriate.

Our aim is to create lasting, positive change that supports young people both in and beyond the programme.
